​The shop can be very busy and we receive dozens of enquiries every day. Due to this, we work on a messaging system and our phone lines don't accept incoming calls. Please send your enquiry via email, text message or using the contact form below, and we'll get back to you as soon as we can. If you prefer to leave a voice message, you can do this at the number below. If your enquiry relates to an existing order or workshop booking, please include your full name, receipt number and purchase or booking date. 
 
Please note: We don't buy scrap gold, pre-owned jewellery or watches. As we work with several charities directly, we do not provide raffle prizes or donations for individual fundraising events.
